GPS Device Rental FAQ
Q. Do you charge for “locates” of
my unit?
A. No. Your GPS Device Number (1) unit rental
includes locates, and there are no locates if you are renting the
GPS Device number (2) unit, as it does not transmit any data wirelessly.
Q. When will my rental need to be returned?
A. For client satisfaction, we allow you to use
the unit the entire 30 calendar days of your rental agreement. Please
make sure that the tracking device that you return to www.demarr.com
contains a postmark dated no later than the last day of your contract.
You do not need to worry about the time it takes for the shipment
to return to www.demarr.com all we ask is that you return the item
the day after your rental period ends.

Q. How do I get started with renting?
A. Our ordering system is very simple. Just
submit your contract information via our ordering form; then print
the rental agreement for the product you are renting. Once
you have finished filling out your rental agreement, simply fax
it to 714-546-7474 and you will receive an email notification when
your rental ships.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover or check.
For your security, you will not be asked to enter your credit
card information anywhere on our website. We only ask for
your credit card information on the Rental Agreement, which you
print, fax or email to us. |
